Niger Delta Avenges as Ex-millitants bag First Class Degree Honours from UK Universities

Three ex-millitants have graduated with first class degree from UK Universities, while leaving 18 other students no choice but to concede second class upper divisions.

Nicholas Goodness and Terubein Fawei graduated from the University of Bedfordshire with first class honours in public relations, telecommunications and network engineering respectively, while Lucky Azibanagein graduated like wise in Mechanical Engineering and Robotic System from the University of Liverpool.

Premium Times report that they got Nigerian government scholarship to study abroad under the Niger Delta Amnesty Programme.

Meanwhile, the coordinator of the Presidential Amnesty Programme in an event organized by the Nigeria High Commission in the UK on Friday, July 29, was there to congratulate the graduates for making Nigeria proud. He also reinstated President Buhari's commitment towards ensuring that the amnesty programme is sustained and its desired goal achieved.
